听力原文： The teacher has a very peculiar job. It is easy in some ways, and in others it is difficult. The easiest part about it is the spacious routine. There are not many teachers who, like businessmen and professional people, are on duty fortyeight or fifty weeks a year every year; and there are still fewer who teach from nine to five every day, five or six days a week. Most schools and colleges nm for only nine months in the year altogether, and there is seldom any necessity for a teacher to be on call every hour of the working day. Of course, there is a great deal to be done outside teaching hours. Some of it is routine—preparing examinations, reading papers, interviewing pupils. Some of it is research and preparation. But much of this kind of work can be done in one's own time, at one's home, or in the quiet of a desk, chained to the telephone which begins to ring at nine on Monday morning and is still chattering at noon on Satu.tday, or limited for vacations to a fomtight in July among the millions of exhausted factory-workers.

So the key to giving a good answer to an interview question is to do what I call a STAR, S-T-A-R. The S and the T stand for explaining a situation or a task that you were given, the A is the action you took and the R is the results.
M: So what you're saying is that you need to be prepared before you walk in the door.
W: Right. Go through some mock interviews. Practice in the mirror, answering questions. Go in with three or four things you really want to stress about yourself. Then you can bring those out no matter what question is asked.
