Exit Unisys. Enter Cognizant. These two information technology firms are heading in opposite directions. Meanwhile, Cognizant, on Fortune' s list of fastest-growing companies for a record eight straight years, has grown its way into the 500(No. 484) only three years after first making the Fortune 1,000.
